Custom Jewelry – No Refunds
All custom jewelry orders are final and non-refundable. Since each piece is made to order, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once production has begun.
Stock Jewelry – 7-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy on stock jewelry, with the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
- Packaging cannot be damaged or tampered with.
- Some exclusions may apply—please contact us before initiating a return.
If your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order to start the process.
